Dr Peter Beck
Practice owner Peter Beck graduated from Queensland University in 1984 and worked in mixed practice in Ipswich before moving with his family to Bli Bli taking over Bli Bli Vet Surgery in 1994.
Peter enjoys working with cats, dogs and birds as well as wildlife.
Peter has two adult children Ben and Miranda, wife Roni, and a multitude of pets, including dogs, cats, birds and fish.
Outside of work Peter spends time ballroom dancing and renovating.
After 25 years, Peter still continues to enjoy caring for the health and well being of pets and their owners in the community of Bli Bli and surrounds.
Dr Andrew Telford
Dr Andrew Telford graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994.
He spent several years working as a locum Veterinarian in the UK before settling in Melbourne where he has worked in both large and small practices for over 20 years. Andrew is proficient in advanced veterinary care and surgical procedures.
He has special interests in ophthalmology, anaesthesiology and dentistry, as well as broad knowledge of guinea pig medicine.
Andrew is known for his compassionate nature and great sense of humour. Outside of work Andrew loves wood working, Japanese food and being outdoors with his wife and daughters - enjoying our wonderful weather, no doubt.
A previous franchise manager Jen has a passion for animals and great customer service.
She spends most of her time at the Surgery behind the scenes.
Jen keeps everything organised and running smoothly so the Vets and nursing staff are able to concentrate their full attention on the care of your pets.
Recently married Jen and her husband have just purchased their first home in Nambour and are enjoying the challenge of their new veggie patch.
Originally from Holsworthy in New South Wales, Tegan has completed a Certificate II in Animal Care as well as Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
She is a valuable member of the team, caring for all your animals during and after anaesthetics and surgical procedures.
An accredited pet nutrition specialist, Tegan is always happy to discuss any diet issues your pet may have.
Zoe is the newest member of our team. She has recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne with her partner.
Zoe is a highly qualified Veterinary nurse with 7 years’ experience in emergency, critical care, surgery, and medical nursing.
She prides herself on delivering the best care and customer service possible.
With a love of travel and the great outdoors she has also had plenty of hands on experience with wildlife and spent time as a volunteer overseas working with exotic animals.
Georgia is a true local, having lived her entire life here on the Coast.
She has just joined our team of friendly nurses and looks forward to getting to know all our furry patients and their families.
Always calm and a stickler for detail Georgia helps keep things running smoothly and ensues we miss nothing in the care of your pet.
With a love of good music, travel and her American Bulldog, Al Pacino, Georgia will always have a story to tell.
Sarah has loved animals from an early age and has a keen interest in all areas of Veterinary Nursing.
Having almost completed her Certificate IV, she is eager to further develop her medical and surgical nursing skills.
She particularly enjoys client interaction in the consultation setting and strengthening the bond between our Clients and their pets.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys being surrounded by her numerous family pets.

A successful career in customer service has provided her with the qualifications required to confidently deal with whatever crops up.
Maddie has always been passionate about caring for animals and working with them is her dream job.
She especially appreciates seeing our patients going home with wagging tails.

Liz is currently completing a school-based traineeship with us at Bli Bli Vet Surgery.
She enjoys being able to provide care to our patients and is quickly gaining skills towards her animal care certification.
Liz loves getting to know all our patients and keeping a close eye on them during their recovery.

Jasmin is currently completing her HSC with future plans of becoming a Veterinary Surgeon.
Jasmin is looking forward to a future working with people who share her love of animals and continuing to assist and improve the lives of all our four-legged friends.
